#74 Add support for x0 male bodies

Adding support for new male bodies requires a lot of restructuring of Meido, MeidoManager and subsystems that interact with them.

Support for non new male bodies could also be added but x0 male bodies are a priority.

TODO:

Figure out how to spawn men with the new male body.
Rework MeidoManager to also manage men.
Rework IK to be able to handle men.
Remove edit mode integrations from men.
Rework UI logic to reflect changes.
