#64 Consider using CharacterMgr to activate the first 12 maids

Some plugins only interact with maids activated through the `CharacterMgr` like through studio mode or the game in general. MPS does not use the `CharacterMgr` to activate maids so the plugins in question implicitly do not work with MPS. This change shouldn't affect MPS since MPS manages its own list of maids.
