#18 Write end user documentation

Not a README.md but a help doc.

Want to make it easy to read and have plenty of visuals.

Could make an html page or a pdf.

Documentation will be written in AsciiDoc through AsciiDoctor and exported as an html file with images embedded as data uris.

Reopening because the documentation isn't even complete yet.
